Admissions/Outcomes

  1. Complete your bachelor of arts (BA) from UMN Morris in biology, chemistry, psychology, or a related field.
  2. As a UMN Morris student, you can apply for early admission to the University of Minnesota School of Nursing's master of nursing program.
  3. Earn your master of nursing (MN) degree at the Twin Cities campus in 16 months.
  4. Take the national licensure exam to become a registered nurse and be eligible for public health nursing certification in Minnesota.

  • Between January 15 and March 15 (junior year at UMN Morris)
