The Office of Community Engagement seeks to engage members of the broader community and University of Minnesota Morris students, faculty and, staff in reciprocal, meaningful, course-based, and co-curricular partnerships. Community Engagement reports to both Student Affairs and Academic Affairs.

The NASS program is focused on serving Native American students at University of Minnesota, Morris. NASS supports students in their academic, social, and cultural development. NASS creates a home away from home environment for students and provides a community that will support them from their first year of college to their graduation.

Student Engagement & Events
Student Engagement & Events coordinates new student orientation and supports UMN Morris's extra-curricular program: more than 120 student groups, student government, intramurals, the Performing Arts Series, and campus events. Students involved in campus life report greater satisfaction with their college experience and are more likely to graduate.
Student Counseling
Student Counseling supports students' self awareness, skill building, mental health, and wellbeing to foster success in meeting their academic goals and in life.
