Green Prairie Community is our newest residential life facility and houses 72 upper-division residents. This community includes many environmentally friendly designs, such as:

  • Constructed with high thermal mass insulated concrete forms (ICF) to prevent winter heat loss and summer heat gain
  • Designed with daylight views in all residential and public spaces
  • Low-flow plumbing fixtures to conserve water
  • Abundant bike racks

Each resident is provided:

  • One loftable bed ((twin XL mattresses 36” x 80”)
  • One desk and chair
  • One wardrobe
  • One large dresser
  • One nightstand
  • Wired and wireless high-speed internet access
