Mark Kreie ’02 was recognized last year with the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. He credits the education and experiences he gained at UMN Morris for preparing him well for his career.

Powwow has been an important part of life growing up for student Rizal Agaton-Howes '29. Having a deep love of the cultural activity, he started UMN Morris’ first student drum group last fall.
