UReport

UReports are received by the University’s Office of Institutional Compliance and then assigned to the appropriate process/office based on the allegations raised in the report. UReports that include allegations of discrimination, sexual misconduct, nepotism, and retaliation are routinely assigned to EOAA.

If you are filing a report to comply with the University’s reporting requirement in the Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Stalking and Relationship Violence policy or Discrimination policy, do not use UReport.
