Key Details
- Campus Move-In Day is August 19. All campus residents can move into their fall housing assignment beginning at 8:30 am on this day. Directions on where to check in to pick up your key(s) are posted on the external doors of all residence halls and the On-Campus Apartments.
- Early arrivals must be pre-approved. There are a number of students who move in before the start of the fall semester. Some athletic teams and student leadership positions are pre-approved to move in before August 19. These students should coordinate directly with their coach or program staff to plan their arrival.
- Move-In Crew is stationed at David C. Johnson Independence Hall, Spooner Hall, and Pine Hall on August 19 between 8:30 am to 1 pm. Our Move-In Crew will help you move your items from your vehicle and into your residence hall room. Make sure your personal items have your name and hall number on them!
- Parking is limited for unloading your vehicle. When you pull your vehicle in front of your residence hall, our Move-In Crew will help you unload. After everything is unloaded, please move your vehicle to longer-term parking.
