The Jane Addams Project on campus is a bilingual and intercultural internship opportunity that focuses on community-building through weekly meetings and events. Our motto is that “Everyone is a teacher; everyone is a student”. As an intern you will have the opportunity to meet a wide range of people. The participants are Hispanic families and individuals that work mostly at the dairy farms, and other sources of job related to agriculture in Stevens County. At our weekly meetings we do fun activities, presentations, and bilinguals conversation circles. This is a great leadership position that will build your communication skills, both in English and Spanish and your organization skills.
