Health coaching will assess your wellbeing needs, share program options and resources available, and help you set realistic wellness goals. The primary focus is to motivate and encourage UPlan members to better health as well as coach and guide you through healthy living choices. In addition you can learn more about:

  • Tips to eating better and how to become more physically active
  • Stress management techniques
  • Explore what the wellness program has to offer
  • Develop an action plan to overcome your barriers to change

Biometric Health Screenings

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Lyra Health provides confidential professional consultation and referral services to address any personal or work concern that may be affecting your wellbeing.

Financial Wellbeing

The University offers several financial counseling resources for employees, spouses, and dependents. Learn more about your options and who to contact with questions.

LSS Financial

Employees and their families get six free individual counseling sessions a year through LSS Financial Counseling, a nonprofit financial counseling service.

UMN Bike Program

Biking is a great form of exercise that is more environmentally friendly and reduces traffic congestion. Earn 25 points per day using bike readers across campus. Schedule an appointment with Angie at: aberling@morris.umn.edu to pick up your bike tag and start tracking.
