Financial Aid
The Office of Financial Aid administers federal, state, and institutional student financial aid from recruitment to graduation. The department provides timely, accurate, equitable, and consistent service to students.
The department collaborates with campus and systemwide colleagues to streamline financial aid processes, communication, and efficiencies. Staff respect the needs, values, and diversity of our students, parents, and colleagues.
Financial Aid Programs
The department determines eligibility and awards federal, state, and institutional financial aid (i.e. scholarships, waivers, grants, loans, student employment, and veterans benefits).
The staff verifies that all federal, state, and institutional eligibility and satisfactory academic progress criteria are met.
Fiscal
The department monitors and reconciles all financial aid programs. The staff processes incoming and outgoing financial aid and are responsible for internal and external financial aid audits.
Outside Financial Assistance
The department processes awards and reconciles funding for students from external agencies (i.e. outside scholarships, tribal funding, and outside assistance).
The staff works directly with these external agencies in determining student eligibility.
