Education & Interests

Bridget received her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2009 and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Minnesota since 2013.

Bridget offers mental health support that gives individuals a safe and supportive space to talk through their challenges, identify what needs are most important, and develop realistic action steps that support growth and positive change. Her counseling approach is grounded in holistic wellness, recognizing that each person is unique and that mental health is connected to the whole person—including physical, spiritual, intellectual, and social well-being.

With years of experience supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, and trauma, Bridget also has experience working with relationship challenges, grief and loss, identity, stress management, and life and developmental transitions. She takes time to understand each individual's unique circumstances, assess needs for additional resources and support, and work collaboratively to establish meaningful goals.

Bridget is passionate about mindfulness, stress reduction, and helping individuals develop practical tools that promote greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being. Her goal is to meet people where they are, listen with compassion, and provide guidance that helps them move forward in a way that is realistic, meaningful, and aligned with their needs.
