Services
- Coordinate and collaborate with other units to organize programs and projects to advance Morris’ equity, diversity and intercultural programs and build an inclusive and respectful campus community
- Staff the Resource Center for Gender, Women, and Sexuality (RCGWS)
- Provide support for LGBTQIA2S+ identified students; facilitate referrals to campus, community, and statewide resources to ensure students’ academic and personal success
- Provide ongoing support and resources to faculty and staff in working with LGBTQIA2S+ students
- Supervise the Gender/Sexuality Advocates in RCGWS staffing, working with Residential Life student staff, and developing student support services
- With the Student Counseling office, co-advise the LGBTQIA2S+ Support Group Facilitators and Support Group Advise and support Morris Queer Student Initiative for Equality (MOQSIE) with leadership skills development and programs including Pride Week and Coming Out Week
