Spring Semester 2021
Academic Affairs (the Dean's Office)
The Dean's Office will be open weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Academic Center for Enrichment (ACE)
Academic Success, Office of
The Office of Academic Success (OAS) will be open weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. during fall semester (with additional hours as needed December 1-4 during finals) by virtual appointment. Face-to-face meetings can be scheduled as staffing permits. Beginning Monday, December 14, 2020, all staff will be working from home and will be available for virtual appointments through Friday, January 8, 2021. Regular hours resume Monday, January 11, 2021. Admissions Office staff will be working remotely December 14 through December 23, 2020. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Counselors will be available for Zoom meetings or over the phone. We will be closed from December 24, 2020 through January 1, 2021. Campus maps and QR Code virtual tours can be found in the vestibule of the Welcome Center. Admissions staff will resume remote work January 4, 2021.
Advancement, Development, and Alumni Relations
The offices for Advancement, Development, and Alumni Relations are open by appointment. Remote appointments may be scheduled weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Face-to-face appointments may be scheduled Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
The Intercollegiate Athletics Office will be open weekdays 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. through December 11. From December 14–January 8, the office will be closed and staff will work remotely. Phone messages and emails will be checked daily. In-person weekday hours resume January 11.
The bookstore will be open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m, December 7-18. We will be closed December 21 through January 3, reopening on January 4, 2021.
During spring and fall semesters, Briggs Library will be open Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.–11 p.m., Friday 8 a.m.–6 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m.–7 p.m., and Sunday 12–11 p.m.

During Winter Break the library will be closed on weekends.
Business Office and Ucard Office
The Business Office and UCard Office will be open weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with limited staff throughout the spring semester. The office will be closed from 12:30-1:30 daily. All questions are able to be sent via email to any of the following:

Communications and Marketing, Office of
The Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM) is open by appointment. OCM staff will be working remotely weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. To make an appointment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Dining Services and Office
Beginning August 31, the office will be open weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Beginning Saturday, November 21, all dining will be Grab N Go through the remainder of fall semester.
- Turtle Mountain Cafe: 10:30 a.m.–1 p.m. when classes are in session.
- Higbies: 8 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. January 13, 14, and 15, 2001. 7 a.m.–3 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m.–noon on Saturday and Sunday when classes are in session.
- The C-store: 7 p.m.–midnight when classes are in session.
- Dining Hall: weekdays 7–9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m.–3 p.m., and 4:30–7:30 p.m., weekends 10 a.m.–2 p.m. and 4:30–7 p.m. when classes are in session.

Division of Education
The Division of Education is open with rotating staff weekdays 12–4:30 p.m. Staff will be working remotely Monday, December 14, 2020, until Friday, January 8, 2021. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Division of Science and Mathematics
The Division of Science and Mathematics Office will be open weekdays 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. through December 22. The office will be closed December 23, 28, 29, and 30 in addition to the days that the campus is closed. The office will resume regular in-person hours (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) beginning Monday, January 4, 2021.
Division of the Humanities
The Division of the Humanities Office will be open weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. through December 11. Staff will work remotely December 14-23. The office will be closed December 28, 29, and 30. Staff will work remotely January 4-8. The office will resume regular in-person hours (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) beginning Monday, January 11.
Enrollment Management Office
The Enrollment Management Office will be open weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Equity, Diversity & Intercultural Programs Office
Between December 7, 2020 and January 15, 2021, the Office of Equity, Diversity & Intercultural Programs staff will work remotely and can be reached via email or phone/text/Google Voice at 320-634-6522. Staffing will be limited between December 21, 2020 and January 1, 2021.
Finance and Facilities Office
The Finance and Facilities Office will be open weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Financial Aid, Office of
The Office of Financial Aid will be open weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. through fall semester. During winter break, staff will be working remotely weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Grants Development Office
The Grants Development Office staff will be working remotely weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
The Health Service Office will be open weekdays 8:30 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–3:30 p.m. The office door will be locked and managed by staff. After classes end, the office will be open the same hours through December 11 but there will not be a medical provider available for appointments after Thanksgiving Break.
- Please call 320-589-6070 for appointments and questions or to pick up medicines or supplies. Walk-ins will not be allowed. Masks are required. Strict scheduling will be followed for well vs. ill visits.Stevens Community Medical Center providers will be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9–11:30 a.m. and Wednesday 1–3:30 p.m.
- Telepsychiatry will be available Tuesdays 1–4 p.m.
- Physical therapy will be available Thursdays 1:30–3:30 p.m.
Monday, December 14, 2020, through Friday, January 8, 2021, staff will be working remotely and checking voicemails and email regularly.

McNair Scholars Program
The McNair Scholars Program will be providing support remotely during Winter Break. For assistance, inncluding graduate school prep, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
One Stop Student Services
One Stop Student Services will be open for in-person services on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Otherwise, staff will be working remotely Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Please email email@example.com for assistance. Counselors will be available for Zoom or phone meetings.
The Post Office window hours for winter break will be Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. On December 28, 29, and 30, window hours will be shortened to 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Please be aware there will be no mail routes December 14, 2020 through January 10, 2021; every department will be responsible for picking up mail and packages. You are welcome to call us at (320) 589-6143 to check if you have mail before coming over. Drop off deadlines are 1 p.m. for USPS and 1:30 p.m. for UPS.
Registrar, Office of the
The Office of the Registrar (OTR) will be open weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. OTR staff also will serve students remotely; please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Student Activities, Conferences and Special Events
The Office of Student Activities, Conferences and Special Events will be open with rotating staff weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. During Winter Break, staff will be working remotely.
The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs will be open weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Staff are available via email at email@example.com.
Staff will be working remotely starting December 4, with increased telehealth operations to support students who have left campus during finals week and through December 18. Student Counseling will be closed from December 23, 2020, through January 1, 2021, and will have limited operations from January 4 until the start of spring semester 2021. Students are encouraged to work with their individual counselors to make a plan for the extended winter break. Counseling office staff and clinical staff will be available as needed until spring semester starts in January 2021, at which time the hybrid model of in-person and telehealth services will again be offered.
The Welcome Center will be closed from December 19, 2020 through January 3, 2021. Staff will be working remotely during Winter Break. Refer to the listings above on how to contact individual departments. Campus maps and QR Code virtual tours can be found in the vestibule of the Welcome Center. Regular hours will resume January 4, 2021.
