To change your declared major(s) or minor(s):

  1. Communicate with your adviser.
  2. Complete the Major and/or Minor Change Form

To change your adviser:

  1. Communicate with potential new adviser that you wish for them to be your adviser.
  2. Forward the confirmation email from your new adviser to ummssc@morris.umn.edu
