Licensure PowerPoint Instructions
First-time teacher licensure
Applicants will submit a Tier 2 or Tier 3 license application, all required material listed below, and a check for $90.25 made out to "PELSB" to the Division of Education. Applications can be found here. The licensure application process will be covered in greater detail during the Education senior capstone course, ED 4901.
Forms & Materials for Licensure
PELSB needs all material sent together in one package. The Division of Education will not submit your materials to the state until we have received all supporting documents listed below:

- Transcripts from Transfer Institutions if requested
- Fingerprint Card
- Official MTLE and edTPA Score Reports
- Signed Transcript Request Form
- Check made out to "PELSB" for $90.25
